We had a large number of delinquent accounts in our condo, and nobody wanted to make the phone calls. In many cases these were our friends and neighbors, but something needed to be done. Without dues we can't keep up on building maintenance, and other necessities. Qualified was able to come in and PROFESSIONALLY take care of the issue in a manner that helped everyone involved. I can't say that this problem of past due payments has completely gone away, who can in this economy, but the burden of collections has been greatly decreased with their help.
